Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?
Unfortunately, no. Because we do our very best to get your shirt onto the printing presses ASAP (so you’re not waiting a couple weeks to get it like when ordering from other shirt companies), it’s extremely difficult (if not impossible) for us to intercept it due to the amount of orders we process.
But don’t worry. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll refund your money (including shipping) anytime within the first 30 days of the date you place your order.
Can you print custom shirts?
Unfortunately, no. But if you have an idea for a shirt, you can submit it to us. If we decide to use your idea, we’ll compensate you with a $200 gift certificate. Click here to submit your idea.
Where do you ship? What shipping methods do you use?
Currently, we ship anywhere in the United States including Military destinations. Unfortunately, we do NOT ship internationally for the time being.
We offer shipping by USPS – First Class or Priority Mail. MOST orders are received within 5 business days if not sooner when you choose to ship by Priority Mail. We do NOT offer Express Mail (overnight) as rushing a shirt print job, although possible, is cost-prohibitive for the customer and us as well.
Shipping is calculated using your zip code and the weight of the order. We do NOT markup shipping costs as we feel that’s a really shitty way to screw the customer. The actual rates listed on our site at checkout are the actual rates paid to USPS. In rare circumstances (extremely large orders combined with shopping cart limitations) the shipping might be ‘off’ a bit. In those cases, we will manually adjust the shipping and credit you the difference once we review the order.
For Military / APO / FPO shipping:

Overseas military addresses must conform to domestic addressing standards.
The delivery line (the second line from the bottom in the address) must show the word “UNIT”, “CMR” (Community Mail Room), or “PSC” (Postal Service Center) and number; and box number assigned.
The last line must contain the APO or FPO designation, the appropriate two-letter “state” abbreviation, (AA, AE, or AP) followed by the ZIP+4 or five-digit ZIP Code (when applicable “United States” or “USA” would be the country name utilized).
“AA” (Armed Forces of the Americas) replaces the previous designation of Miami (340).
“AE” (Armed Forces of Europe) replaces the previous designation of New York (090-098).
“AP” (Armed Forces of the Pacific) replaces the previous designation of San Francisco (962-966).
Use the service member’s full name (with or without grade, rank, etc.), or a specific title (e.g., Commanding Officer, Supply Officer, etc.). Also required is the unit designation and APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Offic or Fleet Post Office) information with the nine-digit ZIP Code (if one is assigned) and a return street name/number, city, state, and ZIP Code.
Note: Do not include the country or the base camp’s city, as it might be routed through the host country’s mail system.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll refund your money (not including shipping) anytime within the first 30 days of the date you place your order under the following conditions:
The shirt must be in NEW condition and re-sellable – unworn, unwashed, free of perfumes/ colognes/ weird smells, no deodorant stains, no pet hair, no damage, no jizz, etc. And we shudder as we say this, but…use your common sense.
If you send it back and it’s obvious you’ve worn it for 3 days in a row when you went camping for the weekend and played a bit of tackle football in it, we’re probably not going to accept it.
I frequently suffer from buyer’s remorse or I was drunk when I was shopping on your site. How do I return my order?
All returns MUST include a copy of or the original invoice in the package so we can promptly process your refund. If you don’t have the invoice anymore, please contact us so we can lookup your order, then please LEGIBLY write the order number on a piece of paper with your name, address, email and phone number (this is asking a lot, we know). Send it back to us at the address below with whatever mailing method is best for you. Once we receive your order, please allow up to 72 hours to sort, process and refund your order. Your refund will usually take a few days before it shows up.

What about exchanging my order?
We currently don’t offer exchanges, however, you can simply place a new order for what you want and return the old one to us (making sure it falls under the same Return criteria) and we’ll credit you once we receive it.

What material are the shirts made of? What about doing laundry?
Our Men’s Hanes Beefy T is made of 6.1 oz 100% cotton* and is pre-shrunk. Compared to the Next Level shirt, the material is a tad thicker the shirt is going to look a bit baggier with a more relaxed fit.
* The Charcoal-colored tee is 60% cotton/40% polyester.
Our Men’s Next Level shirt is made of 4.3 oz 100% Jersey cotton. It is softer and thinner than the Beefy T and the sleeves are a little narrower and shorter. If you have a slim-to-muscular torso, you’ll probably love the fit.
The Women’s Baby Doll is manufactured by Next Level and is made of 100% preshrunk, super-soft cotton. It has capped sleeves, a contoured fit and is slightly longer in length than the Gildan.
The Women’s Gildan is a classic T-shirt style made from 100% cotton. It isn’t as contoured as the Baby Doll and the material is similar in feel to the Hanes Beefy T, but not as thick.
The bottom line is that the Men’s Next Level and Women’s Baby Doll are the softest, most form fitting shirts with less dense fabric. The Men’s Beefy T and the Ladies Gildan have slightly thicker material and have a more relaxed fit.
You must wash our shirts in cold water with similar colors and dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage. Washing your shirts inside out will prolong the life of your t-shirt as well as help prevent color bleeding, which is more likely to occur on darker, richer colors.
How are these shirts printed?
At BrickShirtHouse, we use traditional silkscreening.
Are the colors exactly as I see them on screen?
The color of the design on my shirt seems to be a tad bit off from what I see on my screen? What’s up with that?
Although we try our best to make sure the color you see on screen matches what prints out on your shirt, it’s virtually impossible to get an exact match due to variances in your particular display and to explain it in any more detail would take too much time because I’m a hunt and peck typist and I have to pee right now and if you’re that picky about the shade of red on your shirt being a smidgen off, then just return the shirt and shit I just peed a bit goddammit…
Can I order by phone?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders by phone.
